Recipe: All Choked Up



1 Pkg. of Helmuth Sausage (Artichoke Chicken Sausage)
1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
1 Small Jar of Capers
1 LG. Can of Arthichoke Hearts
1 LG. Can of Mushrooms Sliced
1 to 2 Cloves of Garlic Crushed
1/2 Cup of White Wine
1 PKG. 16 OZ. Pasta (Any Kind may be used)
* Season to taste with Salt & Pepper & Parsley


- Cook Sausage into small pieces in LG. Skillet with Casings removed
- Add Artichokes, Mushrooms, Capers, Olive Oil, Garlic and Wine.
- Saute mixture for about 1/2 hour. - Prepare Pasta
- Combine or Top Pasta with main ingredients and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese (Serves 4)
